Refund policy

At V2Kart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products, beauty products, innerwear, and other non-returnable items cannot be returned unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video to Info@v2kart.com. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Once your return request is approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID after the required details are provided.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you refuse to accept a prepaid order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the refund may be subject to applicable shipping and handling charges.

V2Kart reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy or shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging.
