Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. During festivals, public holidays, or high-demand periods, shipping timelines may be extended due to courier or operational delays.

We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders across India. If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, an additional convenience or shipping charge may apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order. V2Kart cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
